SaturDynasty (saturdynasty.com) is operated by Michael Weaver, a sole proprietor based in Chesterfield, Missouri. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
SaturDynasty is a free college football draft game played within private leagues. A league's commissioner invites its owners; each owner drafts a roster of FBS teams and earns points based on how those teams perform through the season. There's no cost to play and no real-money wagering — it's a for-fun scoring game among people who already know each other.
You need an account (via Google sign-in or email/password) to join a league. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must be invited by a commissioner to join an existing league, or you may start your own.
You agree not to:
If you opt in, SaturDynasty may send you automated text messages about your league — draft turn reminders, pick and activity updates. Message frequency varies based on your league's activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting in is never required to use the app.
SaturDynasty is provided "as is," free of charge, with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy of scoring, or availability. Game scoring depends on third-party data (ESPN's public scoreboard) that SaturDynasty doesn't control; while we take reasonable care to classify and score games correctly, we don't guarantee it's error-free.
These terms may be updated from time to time as the app changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
